About us

Pigeon Roost Knives is an authorized Case XX dealer. We sell genuine Case XX knives from our shop in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Eligibility and knife laws

You must be able to legally buy the products you order. Pocket knives and related items are subject to federal, state, and local laws. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and where the order will be shipped. We may cancel an order if we believe a sale would violate the law.

Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe knives accurately (pattern, handle, blade steel, and catalog numbers). Photos and descriptions are for reference. Case XX occasionally updates packaging or markings; small differences from photos can happen. If something arrives wrong, email us and we will make it right under our Refund policy.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions). If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Shipping

Shipping rates, free-shipping threshold, and methods are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, except where required otherwise by law.

Returns and refunds

Returns follow our Refund policy: contact us within 7 days of delivery; the customer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong item.

Website use

Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms the store, attempting unauthorized access, posting unlawful content, or interfering with other customers). We may suspend access if needed to protect the shop or other users.

Intellectual property

Store content (photos, logos, and copy we create) belongs to Pigeon Roost Knives or its licensors. Case XX names, marks, and product designs belong to their owners. You may not copy store content for commercial use without permission.

Reviews and feedback

If you leave a review or comment, you grant us permission to display it on our website and marketing in connection with the products or our shop. Do not post content that is false, unlawful, or infringes someone else’s rights.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Knives are tools with sharp edges. Use them carefully and for lawful purposes only. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pigeon Roost Knives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
