Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return. Email sales@prknives.com or call 606-375-9423 and we'll send you instructions. Knives need to come back new and unused, in the original box with any papers. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and there's no restocking fee. We're glad to do an exchange instead if you'd rather have a different knife.

If your knife arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

We process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned knife, back to your original payment method.
