Muskrat FAQ
What is a Case Muskrat? A slim Case slipjoint with two spey blades — useful when you want slicing edges without a clip point.
Muskrat vs Trapper? Trapper pairs clip + spey; Muskrat runs dual spey. Choose by the blade shapes you actually use.
New in box? Unless a product page says otherwise, knives ship new in the Case box.

The Muskrat comes from the trapping trade. Two identical clip blades open from opposite ends, so a trapper skinning muskrats could switch to a fresh edge without stopping to sharpen. It's about 3⅞ inches closed, and Case stamps the tang with the name "MUSKRAT" rather than a number.
